CLERMONT TO THE RESCUE

Sprite is a young, high energy, happy dog. She weighs about 55 pounds.

If you had met her when she first came, you would not believe that this is the same dog. She is staying with a foster family because the shelter environment makes her panic. However in a home environment she does great. Sprite has been with her foster family for a few months and has not destroyed anything (except dog toys of course). She has learned to jump through a hoop, sit, and give both her paws. She is currently being trained to walk properly on a leash.

Sprite is capable of living with other dogs, however she will need to have proper and slow introduction. She is curious about cats and has been attacked by a cat. She did not retaliate. Sprite would be okay as an only pet/only dog provided her forever family gave her an outlet for her energy. But she would also do well in a home with one or two other dogs that she can bond with and play with. She bonds quicker with dogs who are younger than her. She loves to play fetch, go for car rides, and to go on walks.

Sprite wants to please the people she is with. And she loves to play. She needs someone willing to put her abilities and energy to good use.

Our $75 adoption fee ($50 for seniors) includes: spay/neuter, microchip, HWT, DAPP and Bordetella vaccines, Strongid deworming, and 2016 Clermont County License.
